The InternetLitigators AI Project will conduct a series of democratically implemented studies to identify opportunities and concerns in order to establish proposed guidelines and recommendations to be followed by those involved in incorporating AI technology into the litigation services they provide. Only with your involvement as a Study Participant, Study Partner or Study Sponsor will we be successful in creating the type of collaborative effort we are striving to establish in order to ensure responsible and accountable use of artificial intelligence in the litigation and legal fields.

Certainly artificial intelligence can, and already does often_ assist counsel and staff with suggested strategy and language for existing transactions, even identifying and suggesting options for various provisions of an agreement or suggesting provisions that might be missing in the type of transaction being documented. Artificial Intelligence, for example, may make the preparation and review of existing documents, faster, simpler, better, cheaper when it comes to identifying, incorrect, or outdated, provisions. However, the use of artificial intelligence for these purposes is not without the need for implementation of best practices to assure that clients are still receiving the best available professional advice from council utilizing these tools.
